I'm hot, almost to the "hot as balls" level. I have, well had 2 shirts, the yt and the collar. 3 undergarments, d's, shorts and my hills = one hot nigga. haha. sorry, I just got off the phone with Adam, we exhanged brief racial jokes, he's a round-eye.
Anyways, with it being hot I've managed to lose 7 pounds over the weekend - phew. Now these new garments I bought, specifically the jeans, barely fit. You know I used to weigh in at 192lb - me, a fatso. Well, for my height that's not the healthiest weight, I'm only 5'6! Seriously though, I started on this "work out" in December and I've shed roughly 30 pounds in a few months. How you ask, a slight focus on diet. The most vital thing to me is exercise, daily, routine shit. 60 sit ups/crunches, 40 push ups. I also ride a stationary bike for 10 minutes a day. I've managed to play b-ball or tennis once a week at the minimum - all of the physical activity makes me feel GREAT. I'm proud of myself, soon I'll be hot.. sick!
Looks like I have to buy more "new" gear, fuck. I hate it, buying shorts that cost more than my slacks. I'll stick with my slacks and let my legs sweat it out. I could always cut my "fat" jeans and slacks... talk about heady! Seriously though, I like to shop but I hate consuming clothes. I'm saying, I would not buy an article of clothing I couldnt wear for a few years. I'm onto the "style" aspect of dress but some gear is too good to let go. Plus I tend to build emotional connections with my clothes, shared experiences. I'll never forget the "nirvana" flannel that flew out my car on the way to Deer Creek, a casuality of the road. Thanks Phish!
