"As is" from Tuesday...
It's been a good week for me, true, it's only Tuesday though. PMA my friends, PMA.
How's the world treating you / how are you treating the world? I hope you're enjoying everything in your vision and those "things" outside of your view!
Thoughts...
Nill, Gaza withdraw - Exodus 2.0? I'll give props to Israel for their necessary and emotional move towards peace, now the ball is in the Palestinians court - maybe it's still at half-court? It will be very interesting to see what happens in the following days and weeks.

First, fuck
OPEC! I'll banter about this until gas prices drop and/or alternative resources are more abundant than crude. I read the Wall Street Journal yesterday that OPEC already has a gameplan to deal with "
alernative" resources. And what about
gas prices around the world?
Secondly, I still _hate_ spam and now I've added
teenage virus writers to my list.

Dopamine - I'm doing some light reading. No, this has _nothing_ to do with addictive drugs, dont take my reading the wrong way. I'm looking at dopamine from a scientific point of view...and using another topic to banter about.
The movie I watched over the weekend got me thinking; plus a conversation with Adam went in the direction of the "chemical reactions" of/in our brains - How it effects us - what activities cause this reaction; extreme sports, physical activity, adrenaline, love, drugs - things that stimulate us or catch our fancy. He's talking about being a cop, I'm talking about L.
...and it's rather interesting to research, observe and discuss how feelings, actions, senses and emotions effect our way of thinking, good ways and bad. Remember, from scientific points of view - How these chemicals; norepinephrine, dopamine, serotonin, epinephrine, oxytocin and vasopressin play a role in our happiness.
So, the questions asked to me, "Is it feelings or a chemical reaction?" "Is it natural or biological, maybe physical?"
...and I told him that I know it felt natural; that first hello, that awkward handshake (with the germs on one hand), the odd but curious and friendly chat about skiing and a local mountain resort - those things were natural (albeit a bit odd). Those few moments started the connection; and what happened down the road came about because of the initial connection - and the urge to pursue and understand said bond.
...and I told him how I feel; what's been going through my head and what I've understood, appreciated and respected. And I know these feelings are new; they're true and valid. I know what it takes to ...
But is there more to this smell thing...
So, we've called it
the dopamine connection...and I've come to the conclusion that it's both chemical and magical, ishkabibble (#1).
