GONE

love, sweat and cheers...

...and it's been a month - just a few days past a month since I've done THIS. It doesnt feel like a month though. Actually, I cant verbalize a perspective on my time since I've moved.

It's been real!

The long hours I'd spend cleaning are gone. Now it takes me 2 hours to clean the entire house. It gets easier and easier each time I clean; the house has some (if not most) of it's personality back! Sure, it could use an internal paint job (soon) but for the most part the house has turned a 360.

And the last conversation I had in my old place seems to have happened long ago. Necessary and unnecessary. Balance. Have relations changed since then, yes. What a weekend we had....We've grown closer - each day, every minute. Can you feel it too?

All the appliances are hooked up, nothing out of place (except my ghetto microwave). The pictures need an adjustment, nothing too serious. I also need more pictures and such - a trip to a few salvation army stores and second-hand shops should work. Maybe I'll find something new when I go to 10,000 Villages

...and sometimes I sleep alone. Other times she's the first thing I see when I open my eyes.

It's been a worthwhile experience. I have the free time I desperately wanted, +2 hours! I have more freedom, more options for food and social activities. I have more than I did a month ago...

Thank you.

I've done alot, we've done alot - and there are many things we've yet to do.

To the future, cheers!

I'm seriously considering moving out of New York in a year or two (due to sktrocketing costs) and someone meantioned PA as an alternative.....so I figured I ask the only person I know of whom owns a house there. :D
